All appointments must be rescheduled and cancelled via our app for iPHONE OR ANDROID.

Voicemails + Emails are no longer accepted as a way to cancel or reschedule.

Title

New Clients + No Shows now require a 100% Good Will Deposit. 
Laser appointments and packages, require a $25 cancellation fee. 
We understand that things happen, however if you are running behind, and it affects the next Showoff's service,

you will be required to reschedule and pay a 100% good will deposit. 

FINE PRINT

Deposits/ credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. 
Late appointments will require a good will deposit to rebook. 
Same day cancellations and rescheduling will require a good will deposit.
Cancellations or rescheduled appointments within our 24 hour grace period are transferable.
