Who we are

Two separate companies provide HueVine services:

• HueVine PLLC provides medical and injectable services, under the medical direction of Dr. Christopher Popp.
• HueVine Skincare LLC runs the website, retail products, memberships, Programs, and non-medical services.

Each company is responsible only for its own offerings. Neither is responsible for the other.

Where we sell in person: Michigan. Retail products ship within the United States. Online courses may be available nationwide.

Accepting these Terms

You accept these Terms by checking the "I agree" box at account creation or checkout. Using the site alone does not accept material terms such as arbitration.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to buy, create an account, or book. If you book for a minor, you do so as the responsible adult and are responsible for the charges.

Memberships

Memberships renew automatically each cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, at least as easily as you signed up. Billed cycles are not refunded in cash. Our remedy is store credit. We give notice before any price or benefit change.

Programs

A Program is a prepaid, defined set of services, paid in full in one charge. Programs are final sale and non-transferable. Unused value becomes store credit, not a cash refund, except in the limited cases stated in the Terms. Programs are not gift cards. If you buy a Program at an event or pop-up, you can cancel within 3 business days.

Gift cards

Gift cards do not expire before the period the law requires, and they keep their value.

Booking and fees

Deposits, cancellation windows, and no-show fees are set out in the Deposits & No-Shows section. Fees are disclosed before you book and before they are charged.

Medical services

Outcomes are not guaranteed, and results vary. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. A provider-patient relationship forms only through an in-person consultation with a HueVine PLLC clinician.

Intellectual property and conduct

The site, content, and brand belong to HueVine. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, scrape, or resell our content or systems.

Reviews and content

If you post reviews or photos, you give us a non-exclusive license to use them for our business. Use of treatment images is governed by your separate media consent.

Disclaimers and liability

Except for express commitments and warranties required by law, the site and retail products are provided "as is." We do not limit liability we cannot legally limit, including gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, malpractice, and bodily injury caused by negligence.

Disputes

Contact us first and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.

Most unresolved disputes go to binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's consumer rules. We pay the required fees to keep it affordable. Class actions are not allowed in arbitration.

Claims for medical malpractice or personal injury are not covered by this arbitration clause and are handled separately.

Small claims court is available instead.

You can opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting.

Changes and governing law

We give 30 days' notice of material changes, and changes are not retroactive. Michigan law governs, except where your home state gives you greater rights. Court venue, where allowed, is Oakland County, Michigan.
