Make Your Skin Beautiful With These Back to School Beauty TIps

by Benita M

Summer is over, and we need to adjust to our new schedule, new weather, and new beauty routine. One of the more important things is making sure the bacteria cannot reach us. That's why you need to take care of hygiene. Always use clean pillowcases, and clean your cell phone before bringing it up to your face. This should help you avoid pimples.

If a pimple does happen, however, a quick solution is an ice cube wrapped in some thin cloth you can apply to the spot with the pimple.

During the summer, your skin gets a lot of vitamin D from sunlight, which it is deprived of in the fall and winter months. You will find it in fatty fish, such as salmon, trout, mackerel, or tuna, then milk, or supplements. However, even though the sunlight is not that visible, it can still make some damage to your skin. We still need to protect our skin from the UV exposure, so make a habit out of putting on sunscreen even during winter months, so your skin won't age prematurely.

Since you will be busier than during the summer, you should keep in mind that you need to make some time to take care of your skin. Even if it's five minutes every night before sleep, you need to set some time aside for your beauty routine. It could be something as small as cleaning your skin before bed, exfoliating, and putting some cream on it. Those things won't take more than five minutes, and they will make a huge difference in the end.

Lastly, you cannot forget about eating properly. You need to keep hydrated, and eat foods that are good for your skin. It often happens that we forget about proper diet when swamped with many things to do, but it is one of the most important things when it comes to skin. Instead of reaching for those fries, try getting an apple or a cucumber. Your skin will be thanking you.
