CANCELLATION POLICY
- MISSED APPOINTMENTS + SAMEDAY CANCELLATIONS
Please note that a rebooking deposit of $25 will be required for your next appointment.
Clients or members who have missed more than three appointments without prior notice will be asked to make a 15% deposit when booking any in-spa services. - PACKAGES + MEMBERSHIPS
To ensure smooth service for all customers, kindly arrive on time for your appointment.
In case you need to reschedule, please note that there is a $25 fee, but we will not deduct any package or membership credits as a penalty.
FINE PRINT
- Deposits/ credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Late appointments must be rebooked after 5 minutes and require a rescheduling deposit to rebook.
- Same-day cancellations and rescheduling will need a rescheduling deposit to rebook.
- Cancellations or rescheduled appointment deposits within our 24-hour grace period are transferable.
